The power of networks

Throughout my career as an entrepreneur, one of my great strengths has been the extensive network I've built up over the years through my professional, family and sporting activities. Relationships that I've built up, nurtured and sometimes provoked, which have helped me to develop my leadership skills. But these networks were not enough to challenge that leadership. To do that, I had to join other circles, made up of «peers»: networks of leaders. It was a decision that made all the difference.
