Alcosuisse

"Established in 1998, Alcosuisse is a largely independent organizational unit responsible for the trade in high-grade alcohol and ethanol. On average, Alcosuisse sells around 450,000 hectolitres of ethanol every year to its customers, which number approximately 2,000. Under its mandate, Alcosuisse is responsible for supplying the Swiss economy with ethanol at cost-covering prices. Therefore, Alcosuisse is not permitted to make a profit."
