It is togulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). Independent Capital Group AG was established in 2005 by Dr. Mirjam Staub-Bisang, her brother, Roman Staub, and Prince helhael of Liechtenstein with the purpose of delivering excellence in investment management.
