The Société Suisse des Explosifs (SSE) is an industrial group active in manufacturing and distribution of products and services of civil explosives, fine chemicals and pyrotechnics. Since its foundation 120 years ago the company developed from a regional manufacturer for civil explosives into a diversified international group. Today 350 employees in 7 countries are engaged with their know-how and experience to support our customers which are located in various countries around the globe. The SSE is a privately owned independent Swiss enterprise headquartered in Brig, a city located in the heart of the Swiss Alps.
