Swiss Institute in Rome

Founded in 1947, the Swiss Institute in Rome is located in the Villa Maraini, on via Ludovisi. The institute’s mission is to promote and support educational programs and research projects of young Swiss scholars, as well as create a relationship between Italy’s and Switzerland’s scientific and artistic communities. The institute hosts art exhibitions, concerts and lectures by Italian, Swiss and international artists and researchers.
